Neil Collins, Winemaker and Vineyard Manager at Tablas Creek, was born and raised in Bristol, England. Trained as a chef, he moved into winemaking with stints with John Munch at Adelaida Cellars and Ken Volk at Wild Horse. At Adelaida, Neil met Robert Haas and the Perrins when Tablas Creek was in its infancy. Neil was so intrigued by the project that he offered his services, and spent a year working and learning at Château de Beaucastel. Before the year was finished, Neil was offered the winemaker position at Tablas Creek, and he has overseen both the organic vineyard and the winery since 1998.

With creative backgrounds in art and design, Megan and Spencer thrive with the endless possibilities of winemaking. Their wine consultant, Christian Roguenant, always guides with precision and tradition. They are passionate about delivering high-quality wine to their community and growing within the industry. Every day adds a new chapter onto their 6 generations of family farming in the Central Valley. Other than the wine, the journey is their favorite part.

Xavier was born in France and lived there until 21. After graduating from a university in France with a degree in both enology and viticulture, he traveled to (and never left) the Central Coast to expand his winemaking horizons. Union Sacré is a reflection of the culmination of his experiences working 26 harvests.

Janell was born and raised on the Dusi Vineyard where her grandfather Dante taught her the old world Italian style of winemaking. The Dusi family’s heritage and history in Paso Robles Wine Country dates back to the early 1920’s, where grape growing has been a craft that has deep roots in the Dusi family. The sustainable farming practices that were implemented by Janell’s great-grandparents ninety years ago are still the standard that we follow today. The unique, hand crafted quality of J Dusi Wines results from Janell’s intimate involvement in every step of the process.

McPrice 'Mac' Myers has been crafting high-expression wines of balance, value, and place since 2002. A lifelong, self-proclaimed "food and wine geek,” Mac was a quick study and almost immediately had the press lauding his wines from near and far. His passion for unique sites in Paso Robles and California's Central Coast, combined with his meticulous attention to detail in the cellar, result in stunning wines that more than live up to the hype.

Jeremy Weintraub has been winemaker at Adelaida Vineyards & Winery in Paso Robles, California, since 2013. Before that he was winemaker at Seavey Vineyard in Napa Valley, and before that he had winemaking and winegrowing roles on the Central Coast of California. He also held a fellowship at Tenuta Tignanello in Italy and he completed internships in Central Otago and Martinborough, New Zealand, as well as on Long Island. He earned a Masters Degree in Viticulture and Enology from UC Davis and received scholarships through the James Beard Foundation and The Wine Spectator, among others.

A fifth-generation rancher and second-generation vintner, Daniel grew up learning to be a steward of the Avenales Ranch and Shell Creek Vineyards that have been in his family since 1875. The family of Avenales Ranch strongly believes that a great glass of wine is created in the vineyard and then stewarded in the winemaking process.
